• Tropics - The unique "patented" gear system which eliminates the pull-bar. Adjust any louver and it operates the entire panel smoothlessly and effortlessly.
• Calypso and Seaview - Both shutters feature the pull bar control system. The tilt bar is standard on the front centre of the shutter. The tilt bar has the option of going on the back or front of the shutter on the hinge side of the panel.
• Two blade sizes - 2 3/8" and 3 3/8", cellular designed louvers increases thermal efficiency.
• We offer the three most popular colors - white, almond and silk.

• Tuscany wood shutters are made only from the select and better grade of North American Basswood. The North American Basswood is kiln dried to optimal levels for durability and strength. (Dried 7 - 8%). The shutter goes through mulitple sanding and painting stations. The stain and paint is applied evenly throughout the entire surface of the shutter. The Ultra Violet inhibitor protects against the harmful effects of the environment.
• Tuscany wood shutters use the most popular wood stains and colours: Natural, Mahogany, Maple, Honey and White. They are available in a 2 3/8" and a 3 3/8" louver.
• The traditional tilt bar design features patented cufflink connectors which are made of colored injection molded Delrin nylon. This unique feature enables the louvers to close tightly in both directions.
• Speciality items such as Bi-Pass, Bi-Fold, Bay, Cafe, Double Hung are available.
